Ample free parking is available right outside the studio. If the lot is full, additional parking is located in the adjacent Chatham Square shopping center.

Our classes are beat-driven, high-energy, and designed to help you reconnect with joy through movement. You don’t need any dance experience to get a heart-pumping workout, just pick a style or genre that sparks your interest and jump in. All our classes will clearly list the music genre or dance style, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting into.
