Host your party
at Downbeat
Enjoy exclusive use of our studio space during your event, with a private dance, fitness, or wellness experience led by one of our instructors (you choose the style!).

Bring the party wherever you are! We’ll provide the instructor & sound system, you provide the space to dance.
at Ikigai Studios & Gallery
Located across the parking lot from Downbeat, Ikigai is a beautiful art studio, gallery, and gathering space. For a uniquely creative event, include an art experience along with movement.
Party Packages at Downbeat
Intimate Party ($150+)
1 hour party for up to 4 guests in our small studio
45 minute customized dance class, fitness class, or wellness experience (e.g. sound bath)
A custom playlist based on your group’s vibe
Extra 15 minutes for social time or photos/videos
Extend your lesson for +$50/30 minutes
Standard Party ($200+)
1.5 hour party for up to 10 guests in our large studio (each add’l $15 per person)
50 minute customized dance class, fitness class, or wellness experience (e.g. sound bath)
A custom playlist based on your group’s vibe
Extra 40 minutes for social time, photos/videos, or refreshments
Extend your lesson for +$50/30 minutes
Deluxe ($300+)
2 hour party for up to 12 guests in our large studio (each add’l $18 per person)

Extra 45 minutes for social time, photos/videos, or refreshments

Celebration toast - we’ll set up a station with chilled sparkling wine (non-alc available), juice, or wellness shots for a celebratory after class toast

Extend your lesson for +$50/30 minutes
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due once we confirm your booking. The deposit will be deducted from the balance.

Light Bites ($100+): We’ll coordinate light catering for your group. Think charcuterie, grazing boards, cupcakes, cookies, or other treats. Includes food, setup, and cleanup - just show up and enjoy.
Celebration Toast ($40+): We’ll set up a station with chilled sparkling wine (non-alc available), juice, or wellness shots for a celebratory after class toast.
Content Creator ($100+): Focus on making memories, not capturing footage. For Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes content, our content creator will film short-form footage or photos during your event. You’ll receive stylized, edited clips to share on social or keep as a highlight reel. Your content creator can also capture photos using your smartphone, so they’ll be immediately available after the party.

Party Packages at Ikigai Studios
We’ve partnered with our neighbors at Ikigai Studios to bring truly unique, creative experiences to anyone looking to host an event. These parties combine a movement or wellness class alongside an art experience, giving your guests the chance to explore multiple modalities of creativity.
Events start at $500, with custom packages designed for your event. Imagine:
Tapping into your creative subconscious, working on an abstract painting during a healing sound bath
Bringing the whole family for a line dancing class, then documenting your feelings on a canvas of memories to take home with you
Learning the basics of bellydance, then journaling about the experience in a handpainted journal you made yourself
Sipping prosecco while exploring figure drawing, sketching a live dancer as your model
